Ordering & payment
Add items to your cart, enter your contact and shipping details, and submit the order. No payment is taken on this site. Our team reviews each order and emails you an invoice with payment instructions.
No. The site does not collect card details or take payment. Submitting an order sends it to our team for review; you only pay after you receive and accept the invoice.
Your full name, shipping address, phone number and email address are all required, along with confirmation that you are 21 or older and that the materials are for laboratory research use only.
Yes. Because nothing is charged at submission, you can ask us to change or cancel an order any time before you pay the invoice. Use the contact form and include your order number.

Pricing & promotions
Enter WELCOME26 in the promo field in your cart to take 25% off your first purchase. The code is tied to the email address on the order and can be used on a first order only.
Each product page shows a quantity table. When you order enough units of the same item to reach a tier, the lower unit price is applied to that item automatically in your cart.
Yes. Quantity discounts are applied to each item first, and a valid promo code is then applied to the discounted subtotal. One promo code can be used per order.
No. Shipping is confirmed on your invoice. Orders that reach the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart qualify for free shipping.
Products & policies
Visitors must be 21 or older. Products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use.
Batch documentation is available on request. Contact support with the product name and, if you have it, the lot number.

No. Products are supplied for laboratory research only, and we do not provide instructions or advice relating to use in humans or animals.
Keep items sealed, dry and protected from light, and follow the storage conditions printed on the product label.
